2Baba and his estranged wife Annie Macaulay Idibia have followed each other on Instagram, over a year after their separation.
Checks by TheCable Lifestyle on Monday morning showed that Annie followed 2Baba on his official Instagram page, while the singer reciprocated the gesture.
TheCable Lifestyle also observed that 2Baba and his current wife Natasha Osawaru have ceased following each other.

2Baba and Annie tied the knot in May 2012 and share two daughters, Isabella and Olivia.
The couple’s separation became public in January 2025 when 2Baba announced their split, marking a turning point in their 13-year marriage.
2Baba thereafter confirmed his relationship with Osawaru, proposed to her in February 2025, and married the Edo state lawmaker in a private ceremony in July 2025.
Throughout the public scrutiny, 2Baba has consistently maintained that Osawaru was not the cause of his separation from Annie.
The Instagram activity also follows rumours of public altercation last week between 2Baba and Osawaru at the opening of a lounge in Abuja.
A social media user claimed Osawaru disrupted a gathering where the singer was scheduled to perform, demanding a conversation with him after waiting for hours.
Another user shared a clip from the incident.
This isn’t the first time the duo have been involved in a public altercation.
There was an intense controversy in December 2025, when 2Baba’s former managers Kaka Igbokwe and Lori Tosan appeared on Daddy Freeze’s live stream.
They accused Natasha of seeking “full control” over the singer’s finances and career.
The situation escalated when 2Baba suddenly joined the live session and forcefully told the former managers to stop discussing his private life.
However, shortly after his intervention, a heated argument between him and Natasha became audible off-camera. Their voices escalated rapidly before the live broadcast was abruptly cut.
